When registering for an account we will collect your email address. You can also subscribe to our newsletter when registering which will be used to periodically send you news about updates to the app and other relevant information and offers. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.
If you pay for a premium account, one of the benefits a premium account offers is that your custom packs, sentences and vocabulary are synced to the cloud so that you'll never lose them if you lose your phone, and so that they sync between devices logged in to the same account.
For premium account users, your packs, sentences and vocabulary will be stored on our servers securely and will not be accessible by any other users unless you explicitly share packs or sentences with other users.
Your GDPR rights also allow you to request a copy of this data via a subject access request or to request that the data is deleted. If you wish to exercise either of these rights you can contact us at: info@mandarinmosaic.com.
Mandarin Mosaic also collects anonymous usage statistics including but not limited to: packs studied, cloze test results and sentence rankings. This enables us to monitor popularity of features, identify bugs and improve the app. This data will never be used to personally identify you and is completely anonymized.
